By booking a service with Luna Creative Stitch Co., you agree to the following terms:

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

• Items must be dropped off clean and clearly marked using safety pins where required.

• Garments must be collected within 60 days of the advised pick-up date or will be considered abandoned.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing wear, delicate fabrics, or markings left by unpicking or stitching on certain materials.

• We do not accept liability for garments lost or damaged due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your selected service requires additional work beyond what was originally paid for (e.g. beading or sequin repair covering a larger area than quoted), your garment(s) will be held until:

• The additional payment is completed via the website checkout, or

• An invoice is issued and paid upon request.

You will be notified by email with clear details and a payment link.

We reserve the right to decline garments deemed unsuitable for repair or outside the scope of services offered.
